Public Comments are being solicited for the following plan: Blair County Collaborative TMDL and Pollution Reduction Plan Addendum vol. 2
In 2018, The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection approved the Blair County Collaborative TMDL & Pollution Reduction Plan prepared/submitted by the Blair County Intergovernmental Stormwater Committee (ISC) to comply with requirements under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). This plan addendum outlines projects which have been identified to assist in meeting permit goals.
The plan addendum is available for review by the public at the Blair County Conservation District, 1407 Blair Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on the www.blairconservationdistrict.org website. Public comments specific to the plan content can be submitted in written form addressed to Chelsey Weyant, Blair County Conservation District, 1407 Blair Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 or by email to cweyant@blairconservationdistrict.org. Comments must be received by March 2, 2022. Public comments will also be accepted at the regularly scheduled meeting of the ISC which will be held in the Logan Township Municipal Building Conference Room at 2 p.m. on Thursday , February 17, 2022.
