The Conservation District is collaborating with Trout Unlimited to complete a streambank stabilization project along Gillans Run, Allegheny Township, Blair County, PA. A mandatory site showing is scheduled for Wednesday February 14, 2024, at 9 am at the coordinates 40.433984, -78.445462. Sealed bids will be accepted up until 3 pm on March 6, 2024, at the Blair County Conservation District at 1407 Blair Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 when they will be opened. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded at the Conservation District Board Meeting held on March 18, 2024 at 7:30 pm.
