The Conservation District is funding a streambank stabilization project using a Keystone Communities Grant from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development. The project is located on an UNT to Brush Run, parallel to Hawthorne Street (primarily on property owned by Garvey Manor), Allegheny Township, Blair County, PA. Attendance is encouraged at a pre-bid site showing scheduled for June 6, 2024, at 10:00 am. We plan to meet at the main parking lot of Garvey Manor, 1037 S. Logan Blvd, Hollidaysburg, PA. Sealed bids will be accepted up until 3:00 pm on July 2, 2024 , at the Blair County Conservation District at 1407 Blair Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 where they will be publicly opened. Bids will be accepted for review and awarded or rejected at the board meeting of the Blair County Conservation District held on July 15, 2024, at 7:30 pm.
