Chelsey Ergler
Stormwater Coordinator
Chelsey started with the District in 2017 as the Stormwater Coordinator. Her background and degree are in Biology. Chelsey serves as the administrator for the Blair County Intergovernmental Stormwater Committee serving ten MS4 municipalities. She also provides primary administration of the District’s Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Road Program and Water Quality Monitoring Program.
