Joshua Stoehr
Resource Conservation Technician
Joshua started with the District for a second time in 2021 as a Resource Conservation Technician after previously serving from 2016 to 2019 as an RCT with responsibilities in NPDES permit review, Erosion and Sedimentation, as well as Ag. Planning. His background is in Outdoor Recreation as well as Ag. Planning Conservation and has a degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Sciences (B.S. Slippery Rock University). Joshua’s duties include the preparation of Ag Erosion and Pollution Control Plans as well as Manure Management Plans within Blair County. Joshua also supports the District’s Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Road and Nutrient Management Programs.
